We slaughter and process beef, pork, lamb, sheep, goats and buffalo. We also do our own curing and smoking on-site for pork products. Call us to schedule the first available appointment to have your animal processed, our slaughter days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We schedule you to deliver your animal to us on Mondays and Wednesdays anytime between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE “FALL”, (August through January) IS THE BUSY SEASON AND YOU MUST SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE. The spring and summer months are not as busy.
